Tenn. Code Ann. § 66-9-309

Applicability

Acts 1981, ch. 361, § 14; T.C.A., § 64-9-309.

This part shall not affect any easement entered into prior to July 1, 1981, nor any rights, privileges or duties pursuant to such easements.
