Injunctions

Acts 1974, ch. 454, § 12; T.C.A., §§ 53-5712, 68-42-112.

The holding of an assembly in violation of any provision or condition contained in this chapter is deemed a public nuisance and may be abated by injunction in any court of competent jurisdiction.
