Short title

Known as the Water and Wastewater Treatment Authority Act

Acts 1974, ch. 605, § 1; T.C.A., §§ 53-6001, 68-13-601.

This part shall be known and may be cited as the “Water and Wastewater Treatment Authority Act.”
