Short title — Part definitions
Known as the Equal Access to Intrastate Commerce Act
Acts 2011, ch. 278, § 3.
(1) This part shall be known and may be cited as the “Equal Access to Intrastate Commerce Act.”
(2) As used in the part, the term: “County” includes any county having a metropolitan form of government; and
(3) “Local government” means a municipality or county.
