(1) Throughout the period in which a state agency or community grant agency receives public funds, the entity shall display in a prominent place, a sign at least eleven inches (11") in height and seventeen inches (17") in width stating: NOTICE:THIS AGENCY IS A RECIPIENT OF TAXPAYER FUNDING. (2) No state agency or community grant agency shall edit the written text of such notice.
