Tenn. Code Ann. § 8-6-406

Witness fees and mileage on investigative demands

Acts 1976, ch. 646, § 6; T.C.A., § 8-635.

Any witness served with a civil investigative demand shall be paid fees and mileage on the same basis as authorized to be paid witnesses in the courts of this state.
