Tex. Agric. Code § 147.065

FAILURE TO KEEP OR EXHIBIT TRANSPORTATION RECORDS

(a) A person commits an offense if the person violates Section 147.042 of this code.

(b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $200.
