(a) All treatments, inspections, and certifications for scabies eradication and the disinfection of all equipment or facilities required by this chapter shall be performed by or under the supervision of an inspector.
(b) Local inspectors shall perform all duties necessary for the treatment, inspection, and certification of livestock under this chapter.
