PENALTY

Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 650, Sec. 1, eff

(a) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly:

(1) violates this subchapter; or

(2) fails to comply with a notice, order, or rule of the department under this subchapter.

(b) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.
