ELIGIBILITY

Known as the Texas Agricultural Finance Act

The act spans §§ 58–58 (55 sections).

To be eligible to receive a grant under this subchapter, an applicant must:

(1) be an agricultural producer or business; and

(2) provide matching funds in an amount not less than 10 percent of the grant money received.
