POWERS BEYOND DISTRICT TERRITORY

Known as the Agricultural Development District Act

The act spans §§ 60–60 (65 sections).

The district may exercise any of its powers outside the boundaries of the district, except the power to impose assessments and the power of eminent domain, if the board determines that there is a benefit to the district in exercising that power.
