ASSESSMENT ROLL
Known as the Agricultural Development District Act
The act spans §§ 60–60 (65 sections).

(a) The board shall prepare and maintain an assessment roll showing the assessment against each parcel of real property and against all applicable agricultural products and the board's basis for the assessment.
(b) The board shall allow the public to inspect the assessment roll.
