NONCOMPLYING CITRUS FRUIT

(a) Citrus fruit that does not pass inspection prior to coloring shall be packed or otherwise disposed of, in the presence of an inspector, without being colored.

(b) The inspector may designate a time within usual packing hours for the disposal of citrus fruit under Subsection (a) of this section.
