BEVERAGES OF CERTAIN ALCOHOL CONTENT PROHIBITED

A person may not manufacture, sell, barter, or exchange a beverage that contains more than one-half of one percent alcohol by volume and not more than five percent alcohol by volume, except malt beverages, wine coolers, and spirit coolers.
