ADVISORY COMMITTEES

Added by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1359 (H.B. 1545), Sec. 10, eff

(a) The commission, by rule, may establish advisory committees it considers necessary to accomplish the purposes of this code.

(b) Chapter 2110, Government Code, applies to an advisory committee created by the commission.
