Known as the Business Opportunity Act

(a) A copy of a disclosure statement filed under Section 51.051 must be updated through a new filing:
(1) annually; and
(2) when a material change occurs.
(b) The list filed under Section 51.051(2) must be updated through a new filing every six months.
