EXECUTION OF APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT

Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, Sec. 1, eff

The application for amendment must be signed by:

(1) a majority-in-interest of the partners; or

(2) one or more partners authorized by a majority-in-interest of the partners.
