APPLICABILITY OF CHAPTER

Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, Sec. 1, eff

(a) The provisions of Chapters 20 and 21 govern a matter to the extent that this chapter or Title 1 does not govern the matter.

(b) An unincorporated trust that does not meet the requirements of this chapter is an unincorporated association.
