TERM AND REVOCABILITY OF PROXY

Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, Sec. 1, eff

(a) A proxy expires three months after the date the proxy is executed.

(b) A proxy is revocable unless otherwise provided by the proxy or made irrevocable by law.
