GOVERNING AUTHORITY

Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, Sec. 1, eff

(a) A professional association shall be governed by:

(1) a board of directors; or

(2) an executive committee.

(b) The governing authority of a professional association shall be elected by the members of the association.
