SHERIFFS: REPORT ON PRISONERS

On the first day of each month, the sheriff shall give written notice to the district or county attorney, as applicable, of each prisoner in the sheriff's custody, including:
(1) the name of each prisoner; and
(2) the authority under which the sheriff detains the prisoner.
