(a) The lead agency and each cooperating entity shall enter into a memorandum of understanding regarding the sharing of data for purposes of the system. The memorandum of understanding must specify the data to be shared consistent with Sections 10.002(b)(1) and (c) and the frequency and manner of that data sharing.
(b) Each cooperating entity shall participate in the system and share data for purposes of the system as required by the memorandum of understanding.
