CAREER AND TECHNOLOGY PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES

(a) The agency shall prescribe requirements for career and technology education in public schools as necessary to comply with federal law.

(b) Repealed by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 189 (S.B. 22), Sec. 5(1), eff. September 1, 2017.
