Tex. Educ. Code § 29.940

For a federal grant program under which the agency oversees and administers services to nonpublic schools, the agency shall follow federal disposition rules and procedures to dispose of equipment or supplies that are unused or no longer needed and were previously allocated to nonpublic schools participating in the grant program.
