Tex. Educ. Code § 30B.005

A student enrolled in a virtual or hybrid course, program, or campus offered under this chapter may participate in an extracurricular activity sponsored or sanctioned by the school district or open-enrollment charter school in which the student is enrolled or by the University Interscholastic League in the same manner as other district or school students.
