TUITION AND FEES

Added by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 5 (S.B. 569), Sec. 7, eff

A school district or open-enrollment charter school may charge tuition and fees for a hybrid or virtual course provided to a student who:

(1) is not eligible to enroll in a public school in this state; or

(2) is not enrolled in the school district or open-enrollment charter school.
