Tex. Educ. Code § 43.067

The corporation, the State Board of Education, and the agency shall coordinate to determine the corporation's role in the operation and management of the permanent school fund in connection with the bond guarantee program under Subchapter C, Chapter 45, to ensure the proper and efficient operation of the program, including the handling of any associated reimbursements, transfers, and disbursements.
