(a) The board shall limit or withhold funding from any grant recipient under this chapter that does not comply with reporting requirements or that uses grant funds for a purpose not authorized by this chapter for the grant awarded.
(b) The board shall seek reimbursement with respect to any grant funds that are not used for purposes authorized by this chapter for the grant awarded.
