RULES
Known as the Higher Education Coordinating Act
The act spans §§ 61.001 to 61.9997 (412 sections).

(a) The coordinating board shall adopt rules necessary for the administration of this subchapter.
(b) The coordinating board shall distribute to each medical unit and professional association copies of the rules adopted under this section and pertinent information in this subchapter.
