Payments under this subchapter shall be made to the commissioner of the general land office at Austin, who shall transmit to the board all royalties, lease fees, rentals for delay in drilling or mining, and all other payments, including all filing assignments and relinquishment fees, to be deposited as provided by Section 85.70.
