Tex. Elec. Code § 145.033

AUTHORITY WITH WHOM WITHDRAWAL REQUEST FILED

Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 211, Sec. 1, eff

A candidate must file a withdrawal request with:

(1) the secretary of state, for a statewide or district office; or

(2) the authority responsible for having the official ballot prepared, for a county or precinct office.
