COURT'S ACTION ON CLAIM

Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 823 (H.B. 2759), Sec. 1.02, eff

The court shall:

(1) approve, wholly or partly, or reject a claim that has been allowed and entered on the claim docket for a period of 10 days; and

(2) concurrently classify the claim.
