ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT OF CHAPTER; PARTICIPATION IN NATIONWIDE REGISTRY

Known as the Residential Mortgage Loan Company Licensing and Registration Act

(a) The commissioner shall administer and enforce this chapter.
