APPLICATION FORM

Known as the Texas Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act

(a) A regulatory official shall prescribe application forms for a license as a residential mortgage loan originator.

(b) A regulatory official may change or update an application form as necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter.
