An individual who is engaged exclusively in loan processor or underwriter activities may not represent to the public, through the use of advertising, business cards, stationery, brochures, signs, rate lists, or other means, that the individual can or will perform any of the activities of a residential mortgage loan originator unless the individual is licensed as a residential mortgage loan originator.
