APPEAL FROM ADVERSE DECISION

Known as the Texas Banking Act

The act spans §§ 31.001 to 59.310 (247 sections).

(a) If a hearing has been held, the banking commissioner has entered an order denying the application, and the order has become final, the proposed transferee may appeal the order by filing a petition for judicial review.

(b) The filing of an appeal under this section does not stay the order of the banking commissioner.
