APPLICATION OF LAW TO BANK IN DISSOLUTION

Known as the Texas Banking Act

The act spans §§ 31–59 (247 sections).

A state bank in the process of voluntary dissolution and liquidation remains subject to this subtitle and Chapters 11 and 12, including provisions for examination by the banking commissioner, and the bank shall furnish reports required by the banking commissioner.
