CONTENTS AND DISPLAY OF LICENSE

Known as the Texas Pawnshop Act

The act spans §§ 371–371 (95 sections).

(a) A license must state:

(1) the name of the pawnbroker; and

(2) the address at which the business is to be conducted.

(b) A pawnbroker shall display a license at the place of business provided on the license.
