SERVICE OF TEMPORARY SUPERVISORY ORDER

Known as the Texas Savings and Loan Act

The act spans §§ 61–89 (217 sections).

(a) A temporary supervisory order may be served by personal delivery by an agent of the commissioner or by certified or registered mail.

(b) Service is complete when an officer or director of the association receives the order.
