CONTINUED EXISTENCE OF ASSOCIATION FOLLOWING LIQUIDATION

Known as the Texas Savings and Loan Act

The act spans §§ 61–89 (217 sections).

For the purposes of adjusting and settling claims not disposed of during the liquidation, the association continues to exist until the third anniversary of the date the liquidation order is issued.
