APPLICABILITY OF SUBCHAPTER
Known as the Texas Savings Bank Act
The act spans §§ 91–119 (255 sections).

(a) Except as provided by Section 92.407, this subchapter applies only to the merger or consolidation of a domestic savings bank with a foreign savings bank.
(b) The requirements of and authority and duties provided by this subchapter are in addition to those provided by Subchapter H.
