EFFECT OF LIMITING ORDER
Known as the Texas Savings Bank Act

(a) Immediately after receiving a limiting order, the conservator shall post a copy of the order at the main entrance of the savings bank.
(b) A deposit account withdrawal that violates a limiting order may not be permitted after the conservator posts the order.
