CONTINUED EXISTENCE OF SAVINGS BANK FOLLOWING LIQUIDATION

Known as the Texas Savings Bank Act

The act spans §§ 91–119 (255 sections).

For the purpose of adjusting and settling claims not disposed of during the liquidation, the savings bank continues to exist until the third anniversary of the date on which the liquidation order is issued.
