SPECIAL LIQUIDATING AGENT

Known as the Texas Savings Bank Act

The act spans §§ 91–119 (255 sections).

At the completion of the liquidation, the commissioner may appoint a special liquidating agent if necessary to adjust and settle undisposed claims.
