(a) On the board's request, the state auditor shall review the disposition of state security proceeds.
(b) The state auditor shall prepare a report of the review and file a copy of the report with:
(1) the board;
(2) the governor;
(3) the lieutenant governor;
(4) the speaker of the house of representatives;
(5) the secretary of state; and
(6) each member of the legislature.
