Tex. Gov't Code § 1477.352

AUTHORITY TO ISSUE REVENUE ANTICIPATION NOTES

Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff

The county may issue revenue anticipation notes to pay for current expenses of the county only if the county auditor:

(1) recommends that action; and

(2) identifies the revenue anticipated to be used for repayment of the notes.
