AUTHORITY TO BORROW

Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff

(a) The county may borrow money under this subchapter from any source.

(b) The total combined principal amount borrowed under this subchapter may not exceed $200,000.
