Tex. Gov't Code § 1505.075

AUTHORITY TO REGULATE OPERATION OF BRIDGES AND TRAFFIC ON BRIDGES

Except as provided by Section 1505.076, a municipality may adopt reasonable and necessary ordinances to regulate:

(1) the operation of a bridge that is constructed, maintained, or operated under this subchapter; and

(2) traffic on the bridge.
