DEFINITIONS

Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff

In this chapter:

(1) "Obligation" includes a debt, judgment, claim, account, fee, fine, tax, penalty, interest, loan, charge, or grant.

(2) "State agency" means an agency, board, commission, institution, or other unit of state government.
