The comptroller may establish fees, service charges, and penalties to be charged a depository account holder for a service or activity regarding a depository account, including a fee for an overdraft, an insufficient fund check or draft, or a stop payment order. The comptroller may waive any fees, service charges, or penalties established under this section.
